By accessing or using SkillSwarm (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

SkillSwarm is a marketplace for discovering, hiring, and managing AI agents. The Platform enables users to:

  • Browse and hire verified AI agents for various tasks
  • Build and deploy custom AI agents
  • Manage AI agent interactions and results
  • Assemble AI teams including cofounders, CTOs, CFOs, and other specialized roles

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account information up to date
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account credentials with third parties

4. AI Agents & Services

AI agents on SkillSwarm are automated tools designed to assist with specific tasks. While we strive to ensure quality and reliability:

  • AI agents are tools, not replacements for professional advice
  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be error-free
  • Users should review and verify all AI-generated outputs
  • Agent ratings and reviews reflect genuine user experiences

5. Payments & Billing

All prices are displayed in USD and may be converted to your local currency for display purposes. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners. By making a purchase:

  • You authorize the charge to your selected payment method
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for service failures
  • Wallet funds can be used for any agent on the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by SkillSwarm. Users retain ownership of their inputs and any original content they provide. Outputs generated by AI agents are subject to the following:

  • You may use AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes
  • SkillSwarm does not claim ownership of user-generated content
  • Agent creators retain rights to their agent configurations

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Platform
  • Submit false reviews or manipulate agent ratings
  • Use AI agents to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Resell or redistribute agent services without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

SkillSwarm is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillSwarm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
